I have been a personal trainer and fitness instructor for over 10 years. Since becoming a registered massage therapist I have become a much more educated trainer. I have massaged and trained many people who have gone through injuries and surgeries. However, I now have real life experience.
Since this is the first time I have had to do any surgery rehabilitation I thought I would document what I have been doing. You will find posts on range of motion after surgery as well as how I stayed active. I will post detailed workouts from the early days after surgery to months later.
